We offer small group, high intensity interval exercise classes that combine strength and cardio exercises in the proper proportion to maximize fat loss and increase muscle tone.
You will rotate from the treadmill to the floor incorporating cardio and strength training. The rotations are fast ensuring you never get bored. The treadmill work is challenging and incorporates speed & incline changes. The floor work will provide a total body workout and include 3 - 6 exercises per interval focusing on improving strength and tone. The floor work will incorporate a variety of training methods and equipment including Dumbbells, TRX bands, BOSU Balls, BOSU STAX, Battle Ropes, Resistance Bands, and Body Weight Exercises.
Our H.I.I.T. Fitness Classes vary daily to continually challenge new groups of muscles, ensure the best results, and keep the routines fresh and exciting. Those days of boring workout routines are over. Our fitness classes are never the same and always FUN.
