BURN 500 – 1,000 CALORIES

Using our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) method you can burn 500 – 1,000 calories in one class with a mix of strength training, cardio, and circuit training!

What is H.I.I.T Training? H.I.I.T. stands for High Intensity Interval Training. High-intensity interval training (HIIT) describes any workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity. Our H.I.I.T Programs consist of high intensity cardio intervals with strength training intervals in-between that are performed at a less intense level. 

Does “High Intensity” sound scary to you? Don’t worry, the term is relative and is unique to each individual.  Our workout program can be applied to anyone and is completely scaleable no matter your fitness level. 


HEART RATE BASED TRAINING

Backed by the science of Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored H.I.I.T. training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that spikes metabolism and maximizes calorie burn. The result is more energy, visible toning, and extra fat and calorie burn for up to 24 hours after your workout! 

The real-time feedback helps you to remain accountable and push yourself that extra little bit. Plus, it is fun & motivating to watch the calories burned rack up throughout the class.  Expect to burn between 500 – 1,000 calories in one class.

Ranked 10th Best Fitness Studio in the Country based on Yelp Reviews​,​ our fitness studios are industrial / nightclub themed, high energy facilities featuring a state-of-the-art sound system.  We offer small group, high intensity interval exercise classes that combine strength and cardio exercises in the proper proportion to maximize fat loss and increase muscle tone.  We have two conveniently located studios (Laguna Hills & Costa Mesa).

You will rotate from the treadmill to the floor incorporating cardio and strength training. The rotations are fast ensuring you never get bored. The treadmill work is challenging and incorporates speed & incline changes.  The floor work will provide a total body workout and include 2 – 6 exercises per interval focusing on improving strength and tone.  The floor work will incorporate a variety of training methods and equipment including Dumbbells, TRX bands, BOSU Balls, Steps, Battle Ropes, Resistance Bands, Dynamax Balls, Agility Ladderes and Body Weight Exercises.

Our H.I.I.T. Fitness Classes vary daily to continually challenge new groups of muscles, ensure the best results, and keep the routines fresh and exciting. Those days of boring workout routines are over. Our fitness classes are never the same and always FUN.
